Photos and/or videos may be taken of your child during team activities, practices, meets or events and used on the team website, team social accounts or related team communication. These images will be used for team-related purposes only and a child’s full name will not be posted with any image without additional permission.

By submitting this registration, I certify that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize the team, coaches, school representatives, and authorized team volunteers to use the information provided for legitimate team-related purposes, including communications, roster coordination, event planning, volunteer coordination, access management, and other activities related to the swim and dive program. I understand that registration does not guarantee access to any private website areas, communications, resources, or team systems, and that any access granted is conditional and may be approved, denied, limited, suspended, or removed at any time and for any reason. I also acknowledge that the parent/guardian and athlete are responsible for following all applicable team, school, district, conference, and activity rules, policies, codes of conduct, eligibility requirements, and sportsmanship expectations.
